AI Roborform Does Not Honor Their Sales Agreements

RoboForm (R) Version 6.10.2 DOES NOT WORK WITH FIREFOX 4.

It really annoys me that this organization does not honor their updates for life agreement that was stated at the time of purchase.

It was with the understanding that their would be no further fees in the future for any of the software that was purchased.


This really sucks. I do not like being ripped off.

I did not follow up because it was still working in IE9 and I went to IE9 as my default browser when FF 3.6 started messing up on me. Maybe Roboform will put out a new version which will work on FF4. Thanks for posting, good to know I'm not alone with this problem.

they did come out with a new version but they are charging for it. this was not the agreement that they originally stated. upgrades for life - and that really pissed me off.
