Increase buffering speed(Youtube,Metacafe,...)

With this trick you can increase youtube,metacafe and other website's video buffering speed.



I think the speed up is preety much noticable.



Here's the trick



Start -> Run -> system.ini -> Hit enter



A notepad will open like this-
