I know another way. But it's 3 clicks, not one.
1. Go into Explorer.
2. Right click on the drive.
3. Choose Eject.
Might work until someone tells how to program it in a button.

However, nircmd cost $15. Not worth the money to save three clicks. There are several other freeware things that are around, but they don't work with Win7, apparently.
