I have old pictures that were stored as a jpeg on an external hard drive and I recently tried to look at them and there were no thumbnails so I opened it still would not show the picture.
any help would be a great!

Reply 1 : pictures will not open!
Explorer and Windows depend on what decoders are installed. Go get IRFANVIEW and see if that can show the picture. Bob
