Hello, I canceled an order from the Outlet today (I ordered yesterday, but canceled before it was shipped out) and I was wondering if I would be charged the 15% restocking fee? Has anybody been in this same situation before? Also, how long does it take to receive my refund? And does Dell refund it directly to my 2 credit cards, or do I receive a check in the mail?
